We are excited to welcome you to the Nurtury family!  Please complete the paperwork and turn in by the requested due dates.

Pre-printed paperwork folders are available in the Nurtury Office.   If you would like us to mail you a paperwork folder, please contact us!

Completed paperwork may be either mailed, emailed (scan or PDF), dropped off at Nurtury or left at the Church Office (if Nurtury is closed). We suggest using the “Checklist for New Students” to make sure you have completed everything!

Children are required to be fully immunized to attend Nurtury.
Since Nurtury is a State Licensed Preschool, up-to-date immunizations are required for entry.  If your child is not fully immunized and you would like to request a medical exemption, you must do so through the Ca Dept of Public Health. Preschools/Childcare facilities are required to provide a brochure on the dangers of lead to children.  This brochure is for your reference – no action is needed.  AB 2370 Lead Bill Flyer -CCLPO2
