Pre-printed paperwork folders are available in the Nurtury Office.   If you would like us to mail you a paperwork folder, please contact us!

Completed paperwork may be either mailed, emailed (scan or PDF), dropped off at Nurtury (If the office is closed, there is a blue mailbox located outside the Nurtury Office inside hallway door) or left at the Church Office. We suggest using the “Checklist for New Students” to make sure you have completed everything!

*Since Nurtury is a State Licensed Preschool, up-to-date immunizations are required for entry.  If your child is not fully immunized and you would like to request a medical exemption, you must do so through the Ca Dept of Public Health.
