Miss Julie was a Lead Teacher at Nurtury for 22 years.  She retired in 2009, but continues work in classrooms as a  Teacher and a Substitute Teacher, filling in whenever/wherever she can!  Julie spends time in all of the classrooms, playing guitar, and telling Bible flannel graph stories. She earned her BS degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from San Diego State and a Master’s degree in Christian Education from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education in Richmond, Virginia. Her real joy is getting to know all of the children at Nurtury as well as their families. She lives in Moraga with her husband Woody. Their two sons are married with sons of their own!
